I walk alone

What would you do if you are told that you are one of the most disliked people in college? What would you do if this was told to you by one of the few people that you liked and respected?

This is the exact scenario that Arun faces.

As usual, this is inspired from an incident that happened to a friend of mine. So the names may or may not have been changed. I have tried to retain the main things that happened while adding some things of my own.

To or not to

There are somethings in life that one can give up. Some things that you are able to let go. This is about one of them. Memories and the effect that they have on you long after the source is gone.

For all those who want to know the source, this happened to a very good friend of mine and I was waiting so long for him to permit me to put up the story.

The baby issue

This was inspired by "A Temporary Matter, Jhumpa Lahiri.". The story revolves around a couple, Rupa and Suresh, one looking at settling down financially before having a baby and the other desperate to have one.

The clash not only of the wants in life but also the ways of up bringing is what I have tried to show.

The pdf is available at this link.

I request you to go through the story and get back to me with comments.

The beginning

I never thought that one day i shall be doing this. I have been an avid reader and for the last 6 years have dabbled in poetry. In the last 2 years, i have migrated more to prose and less of poetry.

But this blog is to deal with the stories that I write. I shall be putting up the ones that I write as a pdf file free for download. you can go through them and then comment.

I need to add a disclaimer here:
All incidents and characters in the stories may or may not be fictional. Any resemblence to people living or dead may or may not be intentional. The author (that is me) is open to comments and back lashes. But let us keep that personal.

Happy reading folks..
